ASKI, a member of the ABB Group, is seeking a Technical Support professional in Zell am Moos, Austria. You will be the first technical contact for customers, supporting energy management systems and automation and collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Development to improve products and services.

You will contribute to fault analysis, implement control concepts, and help shape the direction of energy solutions while working in a hybrid model with a commitment to quality and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• First level technical support for customers and incidents.
• Experience or knowledge in energy management systems and automation.
• Interest in energy, photovoltaics, storage and mobility tech.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first technical contact for customers and incidents (1st Level Support).
• Configure, monitor, and service energy management systems from office.
• Implement modern control concepts in energy/ environmental tech and perform fault analysis.
• Test new ideas and features in load/energy management with cross-functional teams.
