BOA® Technology is seeking an HR Specialist to grow organizational capability across the EMEA region, focusing on external talent pipelines, diverse recruitment, and evolving talent acquisition practices in alignment with global plans.

Reporting to the HR & Office Manager, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, total rewards, and HR partnerships while ensuring compliance with Austrian labour law and company policies, delivering a world-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting or HR roles.
• End-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of Austrian employment laws and collective agreements.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate globally.
• Commitment to inclusive workplace culture.

Responsabilités

• Develop external talent pipelines and attract diverse candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region.
• Improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Partner with managers to ensure talent pipelines for key roles.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Contribute to regional People & Culture initiatives and regional HR tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Austrian labour law and company policies.
• Support relocation assistance and onboarding for new hires.
• Represent BOA at talent attraction events and networks.
