Job summary

BRP Rotax in Austria is seeking an EMEA IT PMO to drive regular portfolio updates with business stakeholders, align priorities and ensure clear communication across IT teams. The role identifies and resolves risks, bottlenecks, or issues that could affect timelines or budgets.

You will work with global PMO standards, coordinate change initiatives, and maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with business objectives, including remote sites and teams.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Information Systems or Project Management.
  • Change management certification is a plus.
  • Experience in global IT and Business Alignment with remote sites and teams.
  • Very good German and good English skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Govern and track the IT portfolio to ensure alignment with planning procedures across all IT & T teams.
  • Align with global PMO standards and implement PMO best practices.
  • Facilitate portfolio updates with business stakeholders to align business priorities and activities.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and issues in project delivery.
  • Prevent or minimize budget deviations and timeline impacts.
  • Support and coordinate change management initiatives.

The EMEA IT PMO will focus on facilitating regular portfolio updates with business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure clear communication. He will also be responsible for identifying and resolving risks, bottlenecks, or issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.

Your experiences and skills
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Information Systems or Project Management

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
