Zusammenfassung

BRP-Rotax in Austria is seeking an embedded software engineer to develop software for Rotax powertrain control and to create integrated tools for automatic software generation. You will help design a multi-domain ECU software architecture while adhering to ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity requirements.

The role includes software project management and some AI application work. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in CS/TELE/EE or related field, with hands-on embedded software

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed technical degree in CS, Telematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in embedded software development and related development processes.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR is an advantage.
• Knowledge of multi-domain ECUs is an advantage.
• Programming skills in C, C#, and Python.
• Understanding of powertrain technology is an advantage.
• Very good English and good German language skills.
• A proactive personality with enthusiasm for powersports industry.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Successfully completed technical degree (University of Applied Sciences or University) in Computer Science, Telematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in embedded software development, including the design and implementation of associated development processes.
• Knowledge of software development standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR is an advantage.
• Knowledge of multi-domain electronic control units (ECUs) is an advantage.
• Programming skills in C, C#, and Python.
• Understanding of electrical and/or internal combustion engine powertrain technology is an advantage.
• Very good English and good German language skills.
• A proactive personality with enthusiasm for the powersports industry.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 € gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
