Job summary

Chronos Agency is seeking a junior Strategist to join a fully remote, full-time client pod. You will work directly with senior strategists, learning to diagnose retention and craft data-driven email flows in Klaviyo, while also supporting activation builds. You’ll own parts of the narrative and help drive account momentum from day one.

You are curious, accurate, and hard to rattle. You’ll be asked for your view in reviews and client calls, with a clear path to running a pod as a full Strategist

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on in Klaviyo for an ecommerce brand or agency.

Responsibilities

• Execute at a level that never needs checking: build flows, campaigns, segments, and popups in Klaviyo with precise logic.
• Own QA: ensure rendering across Gmail, Apple Mail, and Outlook; live links; dynamic content resolves correctly.
• Question the brief: push back when a flow or timing cannibalises a campaign.
• Read the numbers: analyze data and form a clear view of what changed and why.
• Keep production honest: monitor ClickUp real-time, flag blockers immediately.
• Step into either seat when the pod needs it: cover Strategist or Activations Specialist as required.
