Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Life Sciences, Materials Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with EM sample preparation techniques (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy, coating, freeze-fracture).
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
• English proficiency; additional European languages (German) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support, including on-site and virtual demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization.
• Plan, execute, and support customer workshops, seminars, and advanced application sessions focused on electron microscopy sample preparation workflows.
• Support marketing initiatives through scientific content contributions for webinars, conferences, workshops, and promotional materials.
• Develop and contribute to application data, success stories, and reference workflows that support the commercial organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer activities, demos, and trainings in CRM systems (e.g., SFDC).
