Zusammenfassung

Hirelight EB Consulting seeks an Electrical Engineer to develop the electrical systems behind an innovative ClimateTech product for international serial production. You will work with mechanical, software, hydraulic and physics engineers to solve interdisciplinary challenges and deliver scalable hardware.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware development.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field; equivalent practical experience welcome.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in electrical hardware development or related roles.
• Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development, component selection and system integration.
• Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop electrical systems behind an innovative ClimateTech product for international production.
• Design and develop electrical hardware for the Road Power Plant.
• Create schematics, select components and design PCB layouts.
• Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging and validation.
• Develop prototypes and support transition to serial production.
• Integrate sensors, actuators and control units into the product architecture.
• Collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams.
• Support field testing and improve hardware performance.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on reliability and manufacturability.
