Zusammenfassung

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to help develop the electrical systems for an innovative ClimateTech product. You will work in a highly interdisciplinary team to move from prototype to international serial production, tackling hardware development challenges with real-world impact.

The role requires 2+ years in electrical hardware roles, strong PCB and circuit design skills, and fluent English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in electrical hardware development or related roles.
• Experience taking electrical systems from concept to production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development, component selection and system integration.
• Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Hardware Development: design and develop electrical hardware for the Road Power Plant.
• Circuit Design: create electrical schematics, select components and design PCB layouts.
• Testing & Validation: perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging and validation.
• Prototype Development: develop prototypes and support transition into serial production.
• System Integration: integrate sensors, actuators and control units into the product architecture.
• Cross Functional Engineering: collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams.
• Field Testing: support real-world testing and improve hardware performance.
• Continuous Improvement: optimize electrical systems for reliability and manufacturability.
• Innovation: contribute to future controller generations and architectures for deployment.
