ANGEHEUERT GmbH Personalberatung in Austria is seeking an Electrical Engineer to help bring a ClimateTech road power plant from prototype to international production. You will collaborate with mechanical, software, hydraulic and physics engineers to solve interdisciplinary challenges and build scalable electrical hardware.

The role involves owning hardware development from concept to testing and production readiness in a fast-growing GreenTech startup, with mentorship and performance-based

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience welcome.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in electrical hardware development.
• Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development and system integration.
• Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop electrical hardware for the Road Power Plant generation.
• Create electrical schematics, select components and design PCB layouts.
• Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging and validation.
• Develop prototypes and support transition into serial production.
• Integrate sensors, actuators and control units into the product architecture.
• Collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams.
• Support real-world field testing and improve hardware performance.
• Drive reliability, manufacturability and scalability improvements.
• Contribute to future controller generations and electrical architectures.
