Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware development.
• Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development, component selection and system integration.
• Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronics systems.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Ideally experience with power electronics, embedded systems, renewable energy technologies or industrial product development.

Aufgaben

• Hardware Development: Design and develop electrical hardware for the next generation of the Road PowerPlant.
• Circuit Design: Create electrical schematics, select components and design high-quality PCB layouts.
• Testing & Validation: Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging and system validation.
• Prototype Development: Develop prototypes and support the transition into serial production.
• System Integration: Integrates sensors, actuators and control units into the product architecture.
• Cross Functional Engineering: Collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams.
• Field Testing: Support real-world testing and improve hardware performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize electrical systems for reliability, manufacturability and scalability.
• Innovation: Contribute to future controller generations and electrical architectures for international deployment.
