Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated IT/Business professional to advise on design and implementation of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions in Graz. You will analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and integrate disparate systems into end-to-end solutions.

You will act as the interface between end users, business units, and the implementation team, supporting users throughout project lifecycles, conducting tests, documenting solutions, and delivering training.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in an IT, business, or technical field.
• Very good German language skills (C1) and good English (B2).
• Analytical, process-oriented thinking and ability to work independently; ability to explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Advising on the design and implementation of future-proof Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
• Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Integrating disparate systems and data sources into an end-to-end solution
• Acting as the interface between end users, business units, and the implementation team
• Supporting users throughout the project lifecycle, conducting tests, documenting solutions, and delivering training

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in an IT, business, or technical field
• Solid understanding of or initial professional experience in at least one of the following areas: ECM/DMS platforms (e.g., d.velop), Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, invoice receipt workflows / purchase-to-pay processes, compliance topics (e.g., GDPR, archiving, audit compliance)
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 for customer consulting) and good English language skills (at least B2)
• Analytical, process-oriented thinking and the ability to work independently
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Enthusiasm for digitalization and new technologies
