Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated IT/Business professional to advise on design and implementation of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions in Graz. You will analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and integrate disparate systems into end-to-end solutions.

You will act as the interface between end users, business units, and the implementation team, supporting users throughout project lifecycles, conducting tests, documenting solutions, and delivering training.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in an IT, business, or technical field.
• Very good German language skills (C1) and good English (B2).
• Analytical, process-oriented thinking and ability to work independently; ability to explain complex topics.

Aufgaben

• Advising on design and implementation of ECMS solutions.
• Analyzing business processes and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Integrating disparate systems and data sources into end-to-end solutions.
• Acting as interface between end users, business units, and the implementation team.
• Supporting users throughout the project lifecycle, conducting tests, documenting solutions, and delivering training.
