Vinted is seeking a senior engineering leader for the Supply domain to shape technical strategy, drive scalable solutions, and collaborate with engineers across domains. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will set architecture direction, own the domain's engineering roadmap, and help scale Go, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker-based systems.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively in English, and drive best practices while ensuring alignment

• Able to clearly communicate complex technical goals to diverse audiences.
• Drive architectural vision and iterative software design in a fast-moving environment.

• Define and drive the domain engineering strategy to align with product vision.
• Own and improve the Supply domain portion of Vinted Marketplace.
• Set engineering best practices and technical standards across teams.
• Be a technical leader driving initiatives and cross-domain collaboration.
• Create and maintain a technical roadmap for the domain and ensure execution.
