Job summary

Axelera AI is seeking an entrepreneurial engineering leader to establish and run the AI Infrastructure Systems division. The role involves building a team, shaping the technical roadmap, and overseeing the delivery of advanced AI hardware products.

With a strong emphasis on hands-on implementation and strategic leadership, the successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary organization focused on high-performance data center systems while driving innovation in an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hardware engineering for complex electronics products, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of shipping datacenter-class hardware into volume production.
• Deep expertise in high-speed interfaces, power delivery, and PCB design.

Responsibilities

• Build the Infrastructure Systems engineering team from the ground up.
• Define the technical roadmap for division's server products.
• Own end-to-end execution from concept through mass production.
