Zusammenfassung

Sekisui Alveo is seeking an IT/Finance & Controlling & IT professional to support digital transformation initiatives in our European headquarters in Adligenswil (CH). The role focuses on analyzing processes, documenting workflows, and implementing automation and standardization across our organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across CH, NL, and D, contributing to process improvements, UAT, and training activities, while promoting data quality and compliant ways of working.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business/engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or digital transformation.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English; solid stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with SAP, MES/MOM or workflow automation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Analyze, document, and map existing business processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Gather and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, feedback.
• Assist design, testing, and deployment of new digital solutions.
• Create process docs, maps, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support UAT and end-user training activities.
• Monitor process performance and prepare management updates.
