Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent business management qualifications are a plus.
• Professional certification such as CBAP/CBPA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture.
• Lead process mapping and modelling using BPMN/SCOR standards across functions.
• Embed solutions via digital transformation projects and governance frameworks.
• Translate business needs into executable processes and drive adoption.
• Lead workshops and training to ensure knowledge transfer and cultural change.
