Jobgether is partnering with a leading Swiss client to hire a Transformation and Change Management Practitioner. The role leads multi‑workstream programmes, aligning operating models, processes, and governance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will engage senior sponsors, shape change strategies, and embed new ways of working across technology and business teams, while driving value creation in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in transformation and change management.
• Proven leadership of large, cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Ability to develop roadmaps, governance, and benefits realisation.
• Strong ability to communicate evidence-based narratives to leaders.
• Commercial judgement linking initiatives to growth, efficiency and risk.
• Technology fluency to work with product, engineering, data leaders.
• Experience in private equity or high-growth tech is preferred.
• Experience in domains like insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
• Excellent structured thinking and stakeholder-management skills.
• Collaborative, action-oriented leadership across complex programmes.
