Zusammenfassung

Intuitive is seeking a Digital Solutions Integration Specialist (DSIS) to drive adoption of our digital offerings, including Intuitive Hub and MyIntuitive+. You will onboard customers, analyze workflows, provide training, and support sales efforts through demos remotely, onsite, and at tradeshows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, life science or medical field.
• 2+ years’ experience in procedural / OR healthcare software.
• 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations.
• EMR/PACS knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in clinical staff training is required.
• Strong German and English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for customers and colleagues.
• Perform Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization.
• Educate customers for My Intuitive+ onboarding.
• Monitor and drive digital product utilization by users.
• Lead customer meetings and deliver remote/on-site demos.
• Onboard, coach, and mentor new team members.
• Participate in training and launch of new products/procedures.
• Build relationships with hospital staff and thought leaders.
• Support multi-departmental events with digital solutions.
