Zusammenfassung

Securitas is seeking a proactive SOC IT Specialist to maintain and support IT infrastructure, applications, and connectivity across our Security Operations Centers. The role focuses on stability, security, and availability of critical monitoring systems, while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing end-user support.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and operational best practices.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other automation tools will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within international teams.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled SOC IT Specialist to support and maintain the IT infrastructure, applications, and connectivity used within our Security Operations Centers (SOC). In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and availability of critical monitoring systems while supporting end-users and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Working conditions

• Travel:Some travel may be required
• For this position, we offer a minimum salary of € 4200 gross per month (based on full-time employment, including the overtime allowance). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay
