TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, is seeking a strategic Partner Advisory & Solutions Architect for the DACH region. You will guide partner growth, design service blueprints, and lead enablement sessions to certify partners on our platform.

Join us to manage trusted advisor relationships, perform quarterly reviews, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to unlock technical opportunities while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifikationen

3–5+ years in technical partnership roles or related customer-facing delivery.
Experience engaging with partners across diverse service delivery models.
Good knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, cloud, network, SIEM/SOAR, threat intel).
Comfortable with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Advise partners and guide service portfolio expansion across delivery models.
Design customized service blueprints, SLAs, and delivery models.
Run workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions to certify partners on our platform.
Act as trusted technical advisor with quarterly business reviews and site visits.
Coordinate with channel managers, presales, and delivery teams to unlock opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends to inform partner and product strategy.
