Job summary

Everware Consulting GmbH seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join on a permanent basis. You will analyse business requirements, design and implement finance solutions, and optimise processes using D365 Finance.

You will collaborate with customers and project teams across the full lifecycle, ensuring German localisation and compliance while delivering high-quality financial functionality and training users during deployment and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including G/L, AP, AR, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Finance configuration and implementation projects.
• Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, and user training.
• Understanding of German financial and statutory requirements, including German localisation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with customers and cross-functional project teams.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Eligibility to work in Germany and/or Austria.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration, system integration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, solution architects, and project managers.
• Provide end-user training and support customers during deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices.
• Support compliance with German accounting, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join us on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal project teams to analyse business requirements, design and implement finance solutions, and optimise financial processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. You will contribute to the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
