As a Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, you will analyze existing business processes and develop individual solution concepts that make our customers more efficient and successful. You will be responsible for the introduction, customization and further development of Dynamics 365 CE – with a focus on sales, customer service or marketing.

Your Tasks As a Consultant

• You analyze existing business processes and develop tailor‑made concepts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers.
• You manage the introduction, maintenance and further development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• You configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Together with the Solution Architect, you develop solutions for the integration of Dynamics 365 into our customers' system landscape.
• You conduct trainings and workshops for key users and end users to ensure optimal use of the system.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in sales, customer service or marketing/customer insights.
• You have extensive experience with project methods such as Agile and enjoy working in dynamic teams.
• It is an advantage if you are familiar with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Indeed, you have a structured, analytical and precise way of working.
• You are enthusiastic about technical innovations and can explain complex systems in an understandable way.
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills, and you are willing to travel moderately for your daily tasks.

For legal reasons, we would also like to point out that the minimum salary for this position, as defined by the collective agreement, is EUR 3,843 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible, including the option of a commission‑based model.
