• Professional experience in tax consultancy or as a tax associate is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic tax advice on complex national and international tax law matters.
• Support cross-border transactions from a tax perspective (M&A, IPOs, reorganizations).
• Advise and represent clients in cross-border tax litigation, audits and other contentious matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Freshfields’ international network on integrated mandates.
