You will manage day-to-day CRM activities, coordinate campaigns with internal teams and agencies, and monitor performance to derive actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• University degree, ideally Master
• 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience, ideally within an FMCG company
• CRM experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot certifications are a plus
• Languages: German & English required
• Strong project management and a proactive attitude
• Good understanding of Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools and IT affinity
• Excellent Excel skills

Aufgaben

• Follow day-to-day execution of CRM activities across brands, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, content creation, and marketing automation.
• Coordinate planning and coordination of CRM and digital campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate careline activities to ensure accurate CRM processes and compliance with guidelines.
• Review and coordinate copy and visual content across online channels, briefing agencies.
• Monitor budgets related to managed activities and projects.
• Coordinate with technical development agencies and internal teams to support database initiatives.
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Monitor CRM performance and prepare insights and recommendations.
• Identify and coordinate alignments with other teams for successful strategies
