We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Automation Specialist in our Vienna office to continuously enhance our CRM domain.

CRM Automation Specialist (f/m/d)

Full time (38,5 h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Build, test, implement & improve automated campaigns across multiple channels to create exceptional digital experiences
• Work with customer data to create segments & data models
• Create SQL queries, import, export & extract activities in Automation Studio for various processes (deduplications, dataviews, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical platform & data feed-related issues
• Advise on best practices for email & mobile marketing & customer journey design
• Inform the team regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions & effective email templates

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, incl. Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder & Automation Studio
• Certificated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant & Marketing Cloud Email Specialist is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to provide insights into our email marketing & CRM efforts
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent English is a prerequisite – German and/or Polish is advantageous

Our Offer:

• The starting gross salary per month for this full-time role, assuming full compliance with the profile, is € 50.000,00 per anno (All-In). However, this is merely a guideline- we look forward to discussing your actual salary during our conversation!
