Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, incl. Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder & Automation Studio.
• Certificated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant & Marketing Cloud Email Specialist is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to provide insights into our email marketing & CRM efforts.

Aufgaben

• Build, test, implement & improve automated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Work with customer data to create segments & data models.
• Create SQL queries, import, export & extract activities in Automation Studio for various processes.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical platform & data feed-related issues.
• Advise on best practices for email & mobile marketing & customer journey design.
• Inform the team regarding latest tech innovations, new initiatives & effective email templates.
