Virtual Identity AG is seeking a senior copywriter/Concept Creative to lead the Digital Creative team in Vienna or nearby. You'll turn briefs into compelling ideas and coach the team from concept through to launch.

You'll present concepts to clients in German, refine messaging with Brand Strategy, and use AI to speed variations while keeping the core idea yours. Based in Germany or Austria is required; Vienna area is a plus, strong German writing and English basics expected.

Qualifikationen

• Several years' experience as copywriter or conceptual creative in a senior role (ACD, CD or equivalent).
• Campaigns built around a big idea across multiple channels.
• Experience guiding or leading a small creative team.
• Ability to give and receive feedback that improves work.
• German at copywriter level (C2); good English.
• Nice to have awards or shortlist placements and social-first formats.
• Based in Germany or Austria; Vienna area is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop the campaign idea—from the brief and strategy through the tagline, headlines and storyline—before design begins.
• Write copy yourself, including headlines, scripts and pitch narratives.
• Lead and develop the Digital Creative team; set the creative direction and give feedback.
• Keep the core idea clear from pitch through to launch.
• Present concepts to clients in German, and make a clear case for your ideas.
• Work closely with Brand Strategy and use AI to generate variations while keeping the concept yours.
