Interactive Paper GmbH in Austria seeks a Customer Success Manager fluent in English and German to advise top international brands and translate marketing goals into visually engaging campaigns.

You will lead end-to-end campaign design, collaborate with developers and production partners, run workshops, manage timelines, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on graphic/visual design experience with a portfolio.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma.
• Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, agency, marketing).
• Excellent organizational skills balancing communication, deadlines and design work.
• Strong eye for detail, visual aesthetics and user experience.

Aufgaben

• Client advisory & strategy: advise clients in developing marketing strategies with interactive media.
• Hands-on design & execution: create visual layouts and interactive assets tailored to branding.
• Concept & analysis: translate client objectives into compelling designs.
• Creative collaboration: work with developers, analysts, and production partners.
• Workshops & training: conduct sessions on product usage and best practices.
• Project & task management: manage timelines, assets and deliverables.
• Campaign optimization: analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
