Global Hydro Energy GmbH in Oberösterreich sucht einen Controlling-Manager (m/w/d) zur Leitung der operativen Controlling-Bereiche. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Optimierung der Controlling- und Reporting-Tools und die Erstellung entscheidungsrelevanter Analysen.

Ideal sind 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis. Flexible Arbeitszeiten sowie Remote-Optionen werden angeboten.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5–10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

F-Energies GmbH is a holding company owned by the Frizberg family. In addition to Global Hydro Energy GmbH in Upper Austria, which is a leader in the field of hydropower technology, Hereschwerke GmbH in Styria offers complete solutions for electrical and building systems engineering.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage selected operational controlling areas and ensure the timely execution of related controlling activities
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes as well as project controlling
• Further develop and optimize controlling, reporting and management tools
• Identify key areas for improvement in close collaboration with business departments and support the implementation of related measures
• Prepare decision-relevant analyses, investment appraisals and business case evaluations
• Independently develop reports, KPIs and management tools in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Be responsible for the controlling of an international subsidiary

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field, with a focus on Controlling
• At least 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally within an international corporate environment
• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of business and financial interrelationships
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and a self-reliant, hands‑on working style
• Advanced Excel skills, hands‑on experience with ERP systems and a strong affinity for digital tools and technologies
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
