Job summary

zerothird GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Content & Event Marketing Lead to translate complex quantum and tech topics into compelling stories. This hybrid role links strategy, executives, content and events to shape how customers and partners see the company.

You will craft articles, posts, and videos; own SEO and content across channels; and drive high-profile executive events with a clear wow factor.

Qualifications

Minimum four years of experience in content marketing, communications, editorial, event marketing or related field.
Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
Proven experience creating content across multiple channels.
Strong hands-on SEO experience.
Experience with websites/CMS, LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters and ideally YouTube/video.
Experience planning and executing both industry events and executive-level events.
Confident working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM and event-management tools.
Excellent German and fluent English.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset: owning ideas from conception to execution.

Responsibilities

Turn product, technology and business topics into compelling stories and thought leadership.
Monitor market topics and link them to our product.
Identify internal experts and executives to tell stories.
Write high-quality articles, posts, short videos, executive content.
Manage content across website, blog, LinkedIn, Medium, YouTube and newsletters.
Own our SEO/GEO strategy and execution across content and digital channels.
Continuously optimize content based on performance and audience insights.
Own presence at trade shows, conferences, sponsored events, and curated events.
Prepare teams with messaging, presentations, brochures, and assets.
Manage relationships with event organizers and partners.
Create and execute high-profile executive events (dinners, roundtables, fireside chats).
Develop event story and speakers; manage guest journey from invite to follow-up.
Create exceptional experiences with a wow factor.
Use tools like Luma and Eventbrite for guest and event management.
Ensure event contacts and leads are captured and transferred into CRM.
