ISG International Service Group in Austria is seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead laboratory operations for construction materials and ensure project quality on site. You will manage testing, sampling, and QC across ongoing and upcoming projects.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Materials background, extensive experience in material testing, and strong leadership to guide a local team while remaining hands-on when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Education in Civil/Construction Engineering or strong lab background with experience.
• Experience in construction materials testing and lab management.
• Ability to lead local teams while maintaining high technical standards.
• Structured, practical, and international project environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Take full responsibility for laboratory operations and QC of construction materials.
• Lead and develop a local laboratory team, remaining hands-on when needed.
• Ensure materials meet project specs, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate sampling, testing, reporting and follow-up with project teams.
• Drive practical solutions for material non-conformities and provide technical recommendations.
• Strengthen laboratory structures, workflows, and quality documentation.
