• Conduct measurements, inspections, and SEM investigations to generate, evaluate, and interpret data for customer demonstrations.
• Perform periodic checks of metrology tools using SPC methods to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in planning and coordination of preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
• Serve as the point of contact for equipment suppliers and laboratory visitors during troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Support metrology engineers in carrying out specialized metrology and analytical tasks.
