Red Bear Tech is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to drive safety across multiple project locations. You will work with the Head of Health and Safety to align sites with H&S goals and client country requirements.

The role requires at least 3 years of construction-site safety experience, NEBOSH certification, and strong risk management capabilities. You will collaborate with other departments to uphold safety standards and ensure well-being on project sites.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of health and safety experience on construction sites.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong experience in risk assessment and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures complying with legislation.
• Train staff and deliver toolbox talks to personnel.
• Conduct risk assessments and determine risk reduction measures.
• Investigate accidents and determine root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Advise managers on health and safety matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Inspect worksites to ensure processes and permits are followed and drive improvements.
