As a Health and Safety Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for coordinating health and safety on construction sites in accordance with construction site regulations. You will ensure that all parties involved comply with legal requirements and safety standards and play an active role in preventing accidents at work.

• Monitoring and enforcing all relevant safety regulations and guidelines on the construction site
• Identifying potential hazards and developing action plans to mitigate risks
• Regular inspections and tours of the construction site to ensure that safety standards are being met
• Coordinating and communicating with various trades, subcontractors and internal teams to clarify safety-related issues
• Preparation, implementation and updating of risk assessments
• Preparation, implementation and documentation of safety inspections
• Investigation of accidents, incidents and injuries, and implementation of preventive measures
• Organisation and documentation of training and instruction in the field of occupational safety
• Cooperation with external authorities and institutions to ensure that all legal requirements are met
• Successfully completed training with qualification as an occupational safety specialist and completed technical or safety-related training with a willingness to undertake further training
• Proven experience as a health and safety coordinator on construction sites or in similar environments and, ideally, certificates in occupational safety
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Analytical thinking skills, willingness to learn
• Ability to deal with conflict and a committed manner when dealing with management and employees
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
