Flex is seeking a Compensation Benefits Analyst for the EMEA region to manage the full compensation cycle, maintain market data and internal benchmarks, and prepare management reports. Ideal candidates will have experience in compensation or HR analytics in international settings, strong data analytics capabilities, and advanced Excel skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, Power Query is a plus).

• Review cross-border offers and support mobility decisions with clear pay guidance
• Track regulatory changes linked to pay transparency across the region
• Maintain strong data hygiene in HR systems and support audits
• Applies employee benefit policy related knowledge and skill sets to define current benefit trends and compare with legislated requirements and programs

Compensation Benefits Analyst – EMEA

In this regional role you will support the full compensation cycle across EMEA and help deliver clear, consistent, data driven reward practices. The role suits someone who works with precision, owns deadlines, and communicates clearly with HR and business leaders.

What a typical day looks like:

• Involvement annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews, bonus processes, salary structures, labour costs

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Ai and Business Process Automation (Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Python, Machine Learning (ML),
• Natural Language Processing (NLP), IT Project Management.
• Experience in compensation or HR analytics in an international environment
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills, with the ability to quickly interpret large and complex datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, Power Query is a plus)
• Comfortable working across multiple EMEA markets with different rules and expectations
• High attention to detail while managing multiple data streams under time pressure
• Able to respond quickly to ad hoc requests and shifting priorities
• Fluent English, spoken and written, any other language is an advantage.
