Hitachi Rail Austria seeks an experienced Software Integrator to bring together cloud-based interlocking software, collaborate with developers and engineers, and ensure high-availability, safety-critical operation.

You will work on integrating components from internal and third-party teams, deploying in containerized environments, and enhancing CI/CD workflows within an international engineering setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or technical education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, or related field.
• 3+ years in software development, software integration, or systems engineering.
• Experience with distributed, fault-tolerant, and embedded systems.

Aufgaben

• Integrating software components from internal and external teams.
• Building and deploying in containerized environments.
• Configuring networks and environments for integration and testing.
• Executing functional, integration, and performance tests.
• Resolving integration issues with developers and architects.
• Working hands-on with distributed hardware in labs.
• Supporting CI/CD processes and deployment workflows.
• Creating documentation for changes, incidents, and integrations.
