Qualifikationen

• College/University Degree in Life Sciences is required.
• Administrative experience in Clinical Research or CRO, ideally international.
• Proficiency in English and German (C1/C2 level).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance of databases and tracking systems.
• Handle large volumes of documents: compiling, procurement, processing, translation and filing.
• Communicate with company departments and external parties.
• Serve as communication point for investigative sites in clinical projects.
• Coordinate site-specific query resolution, project training and vendor system access.
• Receive and route all mails and incoming calls.
• Assist with meeting arrangements.
• Prepare draft agendas and minutes of project meetings.
