Zusammenfassung

Psicro in Austria is seeking an organized administrative support specialist to back clinical research projects. You will maintain databases and tracking systems, handle large volumes of documents, and coordinate communications with internal departments and external parties.

Requirements include a life sciences degree, full proficiency in English and German (C1), and strong MS Office skills. The role offers extensive training, a friendly team, and a starting salary of EUR 55,000 gross per year

Qualifikationen

• College/University Degree (Life Sciences) required.
• Experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment, preferably international.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• German native or C1 certificate.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance of databases and tracking systems.
• Work with large amount of documents, including compiling, procurement, processing and filing.
• Communication with company departments and external parties.
• Communication point for investigative sites participating in the clinical research projects.
• Coordination of site-specific query resolution, project training and access to vendor-related systems for site teams.
• Receiving and routing all mails and incoming calls.
• Assistance with meeting arrangements.
• Preparation of draft agendas and minutes of project meetings.
