A leading clinical research organization is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to join its Clinical Operations team in Austria. The position is home-based and involves driving the success of clinical activities. Candidates must have a university degree in a health or life science field, at least 1.5 years of CRA experience, and proficiency in English and German. The role includes site visits, communication with medical staff, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of previous experience as a CRA.
• Ability to travel approximately 60-80% in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical patient management and protocol.

Responsabilités

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites.
• Communicate with medical site staff and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Verify investigator qualifications and maintain good documentation practices.
