Zusammenfassung

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Clinical IT Service Manager to coordinate between customers, clinicians and IT teams, ensuring reliable operation of clinical IT services across KIS/HIS, RIS, PACS and related systems.

You will drive service improvements, monitor KPIs, manage incidents, and work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployments and interoperability in a hybrid setup in Austria.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience with clinical information systems and hospital workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR and DICOM interoperability.
  • Experience coordinating service delivery for healthcare applications or clinical systems.
  • Ability to translate operational feedback into service improvements.

Aufgaben

  • Act as the central coordinator between customers, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure reliable operation of clinical IT services.
  • Drive service excellence across KIS/HIS, RIS, PACS and related systems with high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on service KPIs to improve availability and user experience.
  • Collaborate to optimize clinical IT processes and data flows across connected systems.
  • Coordinate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Communicate transparently with customers on performance, topics, and enhancements.
  • Partner with DevOps, infrastructure and apps teams to support deployments and interoperability.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of coordination between customers, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring the reliable operation and continuous improvement of clinical IT services
  • Drive service excellence across KIS/HIS, RIS, PACS, and related healthcare IT systems, ensuring agreed service levels and high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on service performance and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve system availability, workflows, and user experience
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize clinical IT processes, data flows, and interoperability across connected healthcare systems
  • Coordinate and oversee complex incidents affecting clinical systems, driving timely resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions
  • Facilitate transparent communication with customers and stakeholders regarding service performance, operational topics, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to support deployments, integrations, interoperability requirements, and operational efficiency
Your Profile:
  • Experience working with clinical information systems and healthcare workflows, ideally within hospital, radiology, or digital health environments
  • Strong understanding of clinical data flows and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT ecosystems, including KIS/HIS, RIS, and PACS
  • Experience managing or supporting operational services for healthcare applications, digital health platforms, or clinical systems
  • Ability to translate operational challenges and customer feedback into service and process improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across customers, clinical users, and technical teams
What else do I need to know?

The min gross annual salary for this position is at least 60.000,00 EUR. Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
