Zusammenfassung

OSCE Secretariat in Vienna invites applications for an Assistant Project Officer in the Environmental Co‑operation Unit. You will support the planning, implementation and management of climate-related projects under the ExB program, assisting with workshops, missions and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires a degree in environmental or related fields, plus two years of project experience and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• First-level university degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Renewable Energy Innovation, Social Sciences or related field.
• Two years of professional experience in project planning, implementation and reporting are preferred.
• Ability to collect, organize and summarize information from multiple sources.

Aufgaben

• Assist with project planning, implementation and management per supervisor guidance.
• Provide technical and project management support for project activities and outputs.
• Organize workshops, missions, conferences, study visits and trainings; liaise with participants and prepare materials.
• Prepare inputs for reports, proposals and background materials; format documents per standards.
• Monitor workplans, deliverables and budgets; keep project records and flag delays or issues.
• Support administrative arrangements for consultants and vendors; assist with event logistics.
