microTECH Global Limited seeks a highly experienced Technical Director to lead the system architecture of our UHF RFID offering, driving architectural direction for cutting-edge wireless and embedded platforms.

This critical role requires leadership across product, engineering and commercial teams, with a strong track record in RF design, system integration, verification, and production readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Specialized knowledge in system architecture for UHF RFID and IoT platforms.
• Expertise in RF engineering, wireless protocols, antennas, and RF design principles.
• Experience with UHF RF measurements, system characterization, validation methodologies, and lab equipment.
• Understanding of full product development lifecycles, including requirements, integration, verification, validation, and production ramp-up.

Aufgaben

• Define system-level requirements with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate customer needs into specs.
• Architect end-to-end hardware and software solutions for wireless and embedded systems.
• Develop system integration, verification, and validation strategies across multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical leadership during product development, supporting design reviews and production readiness.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, guiding projects from concept to launch and managing risks.
