Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Geology or Economic Geology.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in mine geology.
• Experience managing geological operations for mines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mine geology department and team.
• Develop and maintain geological models for resource estimation.
• Ensure accurate mapping, sampling, and logging of drill core.
• Provide geological input for mine planning and production.
• Implement grade control procedures to meet ore targets.
• Conduct reviews, reconciliations, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with exploration teams on targets and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with JORC/NI 43-101 for reporting.
• Manage geological databases and reporting systems.
• Promote safety culture and ensure protocol adherence.
