Qualifikationen

• 8–15 years in institutional capital raising or asset management distribution.
• Active relationships with institutional allocators across Switzerland, UK and Europe.

Aufgaben

• Own institutional capital raising and close mandates.
• Build and convert the institutional investor pipeline across Switzerland, UK, and EU.
• Lead investor meetings, manage diligence processes, and close mandates.
• Partner with the Head of Asset Management on product-market fit, capacity, and strategy positioning.
• Run roadshows, attend institutional capital allocator events, represent SCRYPT in front of investment committees.
• Own investor reporting and ongoing relationship management for committed mandates.
• Build a small distribution team as AUM scales.
