Zusammenfassung

Allocator One is seeking an experienced IR lead to scale private markets fundraising. You will own investor narratives, build fund models, and automate workflows with AI across the fundraising lifecycle.

You will produce investor decks, memos, data room content, and channel communications, ensuring a consistent institutional voice. English fluency is required; hybrid offices are in London, Vienna, Bombay, Singapore, Tokyo, New York with remote flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of fund economics: fees, carry, waterfalls, IRR, LP return profiles.
• Ability to build VC/PE models from scratch and explain clearly.
• Translate financial outputs into investor-ready narratives.
• English fluency required.
• Experience building AI-native workflows and LLMs.

Aufgaben

• Own and produce all investor-facing materials: decks, memos, data room content, blurbs.
• Manage investor communications across channels: email, LinkedIn, event follow-ups.
• Structure, maintain, and govern data rooms across active fundraises.
• Create reusable IR content, messaging frameworks, and FAQs.
• Automate fundraising tasks with AI agents and workflows.
