Qualifications
- Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Very good language skills in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with restaurant standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with the restaurant manager and head chef.
- Prepare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Advise guests on food and drink selections.
- Develop restaurant promotions with F&B and restaurant managers.
- Maintain cleanliness and HAACP standards in the restaurant.
- Provide detailed training to new colleagues.
