Linde Gas Switzerland AG is seeking a Head of Finance & Controlling Switzerland (m/w/d) to lead the Finance & Controlling department, report to the Executive Director Finance, Region South West, and serve as a Board member. You will own statutory and consolidated IFRS/US GAAP reporting and drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in finance or accounting with advanced training in controlling.
• More than 5 years of managerial experience in a controlling or related role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Swiss GAAP reporting requirements.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting with a proactive process improvement mindset.
• Excellent Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems, ideally SAP.
