Zusammenfassung

SWARCO AG is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the ITS Group Accounting Team and shape the international accounting functions. You will collaborate with the Head of Finance, CFO, and global finance teams to drive consolidation, IFRS reporting, and process improvements.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, a strong leadership track, and experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP. A dynamic, growth-minded group environment awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with specialisation in accounting, finance, or management accounting.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment.
• Extensive leadership experience and skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Austrian Commercial Code (UGB).
• Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, group accounting and international tax matters.
• Experience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong analytical and holistic thinking; proactive work approach.

Aufgaben

• Lead four colleagues in the ITS Group Accounting Team.
• Coordinate and ensure quality of subsidiaries' monthly reporting and intercompany reconciliation.
• Prepare consolidated IFRS financial statements and review IFRS reporting packages.
• Design central holding company functions within the Group Accounting department.
