Hotel Imperial Vienna, part of The Luxury Collection, is seeking a guest-focused retail associate to sell the full product range to hotel guests and walk-in customers. You will ensure attractive presentation, pricing, and daily merchandising quality, while handling orders and providing office support in a luxury hotel setting.

• Daily inspection and quality control of merchandise.
• Receive telephone orders and enter them into the shipping system.
• Provide administrative support in the office.
• Prepare the daily Micros cash register closing.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and cleanliness in indoor and outdoor areas.
• Support the service team at Café Imperial.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Selling the full product range to hotel guests and walk-in customers
• Ensuring the attractive presentation and correct pricing of the entire product assortment
• Daily inspection and quality control of merchandise
• Receiving telephone orders and entering them into the shipping system
• Providing administrative support in the office
• Preparing the daily Micros cash register closing
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards as well as cleanliness in indoor and outdoor areas
• Supporting the service team at Café Imperial

Compensation

We are willing to offer compensation above the collective bargaining agreement minimum salary for Salary Group 3, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
