Siegfried Group in Zofingen seeks a Site OPEX Lead to define and deploy the site operational excellence strategy, aligning with safety, quality and regulatory standards while integrating with global OPEX standards.

You will lead cross-functional improvement programs, coach leaders in Lean and Six Sigma, and sustain performance through data-driven governance and a one-team mindset. Travel up to quarterly is anticipated.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in chemical GMP manufacturing/operations and continuous improvement.
• Track record with state-of-the-art lean production systems (TPS, IWS, WCM).
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma expertise; Black Belt preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define and deploy the site OPEX strategy and improvement program.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from idea to sustainability.
• Develop KPI-based governance and performance reviews.
• Coach employees and leaders in Lean, Six Sigma and problem-solving methods.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
